I need some help in choosing a hotel after our Yankee Clipper trip. We will be ending our cruise May 5, 2007 and are going to stay on Grenada for 4 days. We would like a hotel with a balcony or terrace facing the ocean. We would like someplace on a beach thats good for swimming. I was looking at Grand Anse beach. Coffe maker in the room would be nice for the mornings. Am I asking too much? Any ideas of a good place?
Any ideas of things to do on Grenada? Are we spending too much time there?

We will be leaving St. Lucia on April 29th, 2007. The night before we are staying at the Bay Gardens. Anyone out there going at this time? I've checked and as of today they still have 16 cabins left.

:D Hope you have a great trip.
We're leaving on the YC the next week.

Some answers to your question may be found on a posting a couple down from yours, see Grenada - Flamboyant vs Allamanda
Some good suggestions there.

We're staying at the Tropicana as we're just there Sat nite & then we have to fly back to reality. :(:

don't know if you found a place yet but we are staying at the grenada grand beach resort right on Anse beach. We booked through toni at windjammer although I had choosen it before they finallized their corporate account. The price was right and everything I have read seemed mostly positive. My brother is staying at true blue which is on the other side of the island but he's staying for a week of diving after the cruise. The grand beach is a great location to unwind before the flight home
