The current status of Windjammer is unknown - the company has not provided any update to the public since the end of 2007. The home office in Miami appears to be closed. The Mandalay is under arrest in Panama and is in the process of being auctioned to pay Windjammer's debts. The Legacy is at anchor in Costa Rica - status unknown. The Polynesia is docked in Aruba - status unknown. The Yankee Clipper is in Trinidad - status unknown. The La Mer (Discoverer) is in Trinidad - status unknown.
