Welcome to Jammerbabe on its new Dedicated Server!

The shiny new Flotilla is now super fast!

If you haven't heard the news, due to financial difficulties, Windjammer's fleet of ships are currently not sailing.  There are rumors that the company is out of business, but no formal update has been provided by the company.

Here's what we know about the ships...

TheMandalay is in Panama, scheduled to go up for public auction the week of April 21, 2008.

TheLegacy is at anchor off the coast of Costa Rica - status unknown.

ThePolynesia is docked in Aruba - status unknown.

TheYankee Clipper is in Trinidad - status unknown.

TheLa Mer (Discoverer) is in Trinidad - status unknown.

Although Windjammer expected to have the Legacy operational in December 2007, all future cruises have been cancelled.  Please check out the Windjammer News & Updates forum on the Flotilla for the most recent news on the status of Windjammer Barefoot Cruises.

The Flotilla also has a lot of information about other sailing opportunities, including cruises on Canadian Sailing Expeditions' new tall ship the S/V Caledonia, and former Windjammer Captain Julian Legg's S/V Oasis.

We are already making plans for our 10th Annual JammerFest in the British Virgin Islands!  Join us on Tortola July 17 - 20, 2008 - and don't miss the Full Moon Party at Bomba Shack on Saturday, July 19!

Even with out a Barefoot ship to sail on, you are still invited to stop by and or join the Flotilla andwith the rest of us crazy Jammers!

I hope to see you there!
